visited one night by Edward Sargeant and, later, his father Tom. Years earlier,
Kyra had been living with the Sargeant family. She left abruptly after Tom's
wife, who has since passed, discovered her affair with her husband. Edward
blames Kyra of abandoning him as well, as he grew to see her as a big sister.
After he leaves, Tom appears rather mysteriously and the evening develops into
a journey of discovery of the past and present. David Hare's play about
relationships and family won the Olivier Award, the Tony Award, and this year's
Patron's Choice. Come out and see this contemporary romantic play!
