On March 2, 2016, Capital University Law School alumna, Dr. Victoria Trapp, will present, Understanding Your Goals & Objectives As Well As Your Organization.  This presentation will focus on one’s place within an organization, mentoring relationships, and professional development. After the presentation, there will be a panel discussion featuring Ita M. Neymotin, Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, and Jaime Landrum Powell, Labor & Employment Counsel, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. This event will take place from 3:30 pm- 7:00 pm in the Capital University Law School Annex. 


On Thursday March 10, 2016, The Family and Youth Law Center, in collaboration with Capital University Law Review, will be sponsoring the 11th Annual Wells Conference on Adoption Law. The conference is titled, When Things Go Wrong: Practice and Policy in Contested and Disrupted Adoptions

This Week: What's Happening at Capital University Law School?

Hello Everyone! 

Mark your calendars! On Wednesday, March 2, 2016, Capital University Law School alumna, Dr. Victoria Trapp will present, Understanding Your Goals & Objectives As Well As Your Organization. Dr. Trapp is the Global Transition Manager of Nike Inc., and the founder of Business Evolution Consulting, LLC.  The presentation will focus on assessing one’s place within an organization, mentoring relationships, and professional development. 

After the presentation, there will be a panel discussion that includes Ita M. Neymotin, of the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Second DCA Region Florida; and Jaime Landrum Powell, Vice President, Labor and Employment Law for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. There will also be a networking reception in the Capital Street lobby following the program. The presentation will begin at 3:30 pm will be held in the Law School Annex.
